Te lang geleden………/ We kunnen gasten ontvangen

Ja, het is al te lang geleden dat de website een update kreeg.

De oorzaken…..

1) een gemeente secretaresse die vergeten was om de afwijzing van onze aanvraag tot verbouwen door te sturen, gevolg dat we dus na drie maanden nog niet verder konden en het ergste was dat we dus helemaal geen vergunning nodig hadden

2) een aannemer die zegt nog voor de winter de willen starten maar uiteindelijk, als hij met het definitieve plan komt vertelt dat het wel februari of maart kan worden

3) een explosieve prijsstijging van bouwmaterialen en een slechte beschikbaarheid, gevolg een maand wachten op je spullen.

4) energie, we lopen toch regelmatig tegen het feit aan dat we nog steeds 25 jaar zijn in het hoofd maar dat het lichaam het er niet altijd mee eens is.

Gelukkig konden we in juni toch onze vrienden, de organisators van OSL, ontvangen die als eerste echte gasten van de net verbouwde (helaas nog niet helemaal gereed zijnde} kamer konden genieten. Ze doneerden nog wat speelmateriaal van de OSL speelfeesten zoals een Andreas kruis en een metalen spanking bench. Ze konden spelen in de tuin, genieten van de rust en van het eten. En we zijn met z’n vieren naar een speelfeest in Clermond-Ferrand geweest.

Vervolgens kwamen er twee Groningse vrienden op doorreis naar de camping even uitrusten van de reis om na drie dagen weer verder te reizen.

De werkzaamheden gaan gestaag door, steeds een ander project om er de afwisseling in te houden en omdat de ene klus afhankelijk is van de ander.

Zo hebben we de gehele elektriciteit vervangen en een upgrade gegeven voor wat betreft de verdeling.

Een compleet water netwerk aangelegd tbv de badkamers voor de gasten en voor ons privé

Eindelijk is het sanitair gebouw af en aangesloten op de nieuwe septic tank

Ook zijn we begonnen ons slaapvertrek te maken zodat we twee kamers kunnen verhuren.

1) a municipal secretary who had forgotten to forward the rejection of our application for renovation, so that after three months we could not continue and the worst part was that we did not need a permit at all

2) a contractor who says he wants to start before winter, but eventually, when he comes up with the final plan, says it could be February or March

3) an explosive increase in the price of building materials and poor availability, resulting in a month of waiting for your stuff.

4) energy, we regularly run into the fact that we are still 25 years old in the head but that the body does not always agree.

Fortunately, in June we were able to receive our friends, the organizers of OSL, who were the first real guests to enjoy the newly renovated (unfortunately not yet completely ready} room. They donated some play material from the OSL play parties, such as an Andreas cross and a metal spanking bench, they could play in the garden, enjoy the peace and the food, and the four of us went to a play party in Clermont-Ferrand

Subsequently, two friends from Groningen came to the campsite to rest from the journey and continue their journey after three days.

The work continues steadily, always a different project to keep the variety and because one job depends on the other.

For example, we replaced the entire electricity and upgraded the distribution.

Installed a complete water network for the bathrooms for the guests and for us privately

Finally the sanitary building is finished and connected to the new septic tank

We have also started to make our bedroom so that we can rent out two rooms.

Il y a trop longtemps………/ Nous pouvons recevoir des invités

Oui, cela fait trop longtemps que le site n’a pas été mis à jour.

Les causes…..

1) un secrétaire municipal qui avait oublié de transmettre le rejet de notre demande de rénovation, ce qui fait qu’au bout de trois mois nous ne pouvions plus continuer et le pire c’est que nous n’avions pas du tout besoin de permis

2) un entrepreneur qui dit vouloir commencer avant l’hiver, mais qui finit par, lorsqu’il présente le plan final, dit que cela pourrait être en février ou mars

3) une augmentation explosive du prix des matériaux de construction et une faible disponibilité, entraînant un mois d’attente pour vos affaires.

4) l’énergie, on se heurte régulièrement au fait qu’on a encore 25 ans dans la tête mais que le corps n’est pas toujours d’accord.

Heureusement, en juin, nous avons pu recevoir nos amis, les organisateurs de l’OSL, qui ont été les premiers vrais invités à profiter de la salle récemment rénovée (malheureusement pas encore complètement prête). Ils ont fait don du matériel de jeu des soirées de jeu de l’OSL, comme une croix d’Andreas et un banc de fessée en métal, ils ont pu jouer dans le jardin, profiter du calme et de la nourriture, et nous sommes allés tous les quatre à une fête de jeu à Clermont-Ferrand

Par la suite, deux amis de Groningen sont venus au camping pour se reposer du voyage et poursuivre leur voyage après trois jours.

Le travail continue régulièrement, toujours un projet différent pour garder la variété et parce qu’un travail dépend de l’autre.

Par exemple, nous avons remplacé toute l’électricité et amélioré la distribution.

Installation d’un réseau d’eau complet pour les salles de bains pour les invités et pour nous en privé

Enfin le bâtiment sanitaire est terminé et relié à la nouvelle fosse septique

Nous avons également commencé à aménager notre chambre pour pouvoir en louer deux.
